Job description

Key responsibilities:

Performing and monitoring monthly payroll processing for a defined group of employees
Maintaining and verifying payroll-related master data in the payroll system
Ensuring the correct application of statutory, collective bargaining, and company compensation regulations
Communicating with government agencies, health insurance providers, and other institutions
Assisting with tax and security audits/social security
Acting as the first point of contact for employees related to payroll agenda
