Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Performing and monitoring monthly payroll processing for a defined group of employees
  • Maintaining and verifying payroll-related master data in the payroll system
  • Ensuring the correct application of statutory, collective bargaining, and company compensation regulations
  • Communicating with government agencies, health insurance providers, and other institutions
  • Assisting with tax and security audits/social security
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees related to payroll agenda 
REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Experience:

  • Min. 3 years of experience working in a similar role 
  • Experience with payroll accounting
  • Familiar with Income Tax, Social Security Law & German Labour Law
  • MS Excel and payroll systems
  • English language/B2
  • German language/C1
