OUR STREAMLINED
30-DAY PROCESS

The first step will be making a briefing call to get to know you better, identify your goals and advise you on the best solution for your recruitment needs, based on the services we provide. We'll assess your current situation (people, budget, setup, etc.) and learn more about your company culture and values.  
 

We'll define goals together, agree on an Action Plan, and send you a Client Agreement to start our cooperation.

Estimated Time: Minimum 1-2 working days up to your availability

After signing the Client Agreement with us, we kick off the process right away.
 

Identifying all the available sources is crucial at this stage, and that's why we're conducting a deep job analysis, calibration of profiles, and market mapping activities (Price 250 EUR for 6 Blind CVs for your Review) to attract and engage with suitable talent pools.

Estimated Time: Minimum 1 week  

In this step, we work with publicly available resources, partners in different countries, and an extensive network of international contacts to identify suitable candidates.
 
After sourcing and pre-screening them, we compile the information into a candidate report for your review.
 

We leverage technology to improve process efficiency and we only provide you with the "best-fit candidates".  

Estimated Time: Minimum 1 week

We support you with the interview logistics for your selected candidates on your request- coordinating interviews, tech assessments, or case studies.
 

We expect you to conduct the first round of interviews and provide us with an update & feedback on candidate statuses within 5 working days (to clarify if you are moving forward with a particular candidate in the recruitment process or not). 

Estimated Time: Minimum 5 working days (subject to candidate availability and your recruitment cycle)  

As soon as you decide to make a job offer to a particular candidate, we may clarify if you require our assistance and support you with the job offer preparation or you wish to discuss the job offer and contract terms (salary, benefits, etc) directly with the candidate.

The 30-day Recruitment Process may exclude the negotiation, job offer acceptance and contract signing times between you and the candidate.

Timelines are only estimates and are subject to the response time (by candidates or you) and your recruitment cycle.

Within 30 days, we commit to deliver one of the following options:

1) We help you fill a vacancy (a candidate accepts the  job offer, signs the contract, and joins your team within a short time);

2) We help you identify and secure a potential hire (a candidate reaches the offer stage – please note that the acceptance of the contract and the start date will be subject to the candidate's availability and your mutual agreement).
