Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Providing local IT support & ensuring smooth day-to-day IT Operation in the factory for users
Leading an IT Team of 3-team members
Aligning IT strategies, solutions as per local management & HQ requirements
Providing regular updates on IT Operation & performance
Overseeing IT Infrastructure, Network security & System administration
Supporting the implementation, maintenance of Enterprise applications & IT systems
Troubleshooting & resolving technical issues
Communication & cooperation with external SW/ HW suppliers
Ensuring compliance with IT security policies & regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Experience:

Min. 3+ years experience as an IT Manager, preferably within an industrial & manufacturing environment (plant & factory)
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Network administration, Cybersecurity & Cloud solutions
Familiar with IT Compliance & Security Best Practices
Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
