Job description

Key responsibilities:

Handling employee inquiries regarding HR-related topics
Independently managing, supporting and refining the entire recruiting process (job postings, active sourcing, applicant tracking, and interview coordination)
Maintaining and refining the HR information system (HRIS)
Ensuring data quality, including maintaining employee master data in the HR systems
Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR-related documents
Maintaining digital and physical personnel files
Issuing various certificates for employees
