Are you a Country Sales Manager interested in leading Business Acquisition & Business Development in Romania?

We are specialized in manufacturing & supplying fittings, sanitary equipment, measurement technology for Residential fittings & Piping system components (e.g. compressed air, cold & hot water, steam & central heating systems). 

You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, establishing partnerships and actively participating in the company expansion.  

This position is suitable for a candidate at senior level, understanding the Romanian market dynamics as well as experienced in Fittings (heating & water), Sanitary Ware Sale.

Job description
  • Identifying and establishing reliable and long-term professional relationship with all partners involved in the designated region 
  • Conducting Market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends & potential customers, and their specific needs
  • Developing Sales & Marketing strategies related to market expansion and attracting potential customers
  • Promoting company products & services, acting as Brand Ambassador representing the company
  • Negotiating and closing Sales deals with Business partners
  • Managing Client relationship with Key customers 
  • Setting sales terms and conditions, Pricing strategy, etc. 
  • Developing a Business plan & building the distribution channels for products & services 
  • Implementing strategies, setting up performance goals and targets   
  • Leading the Sales team & setting up KPIs, performance evaluation on a regular basis
  • Reporting Sales results to HQ/ Sales Director on a quarterly basis 
REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 5 years of experience in Sales (preferably in manufacturing, industrial engineering & construction field) 
  • Min. 3 years of experience as a Sales Director & Sales Manager 
  • Experience in Fittings & Sanitary Ware Sales    
  • Knowledge of applications of domestic fittings, components for cold and hot water, steam and central heating
