Job description

-Promoting our latest Job openings on Social media, posting Job ads and monitoring candidate responses
-Maintaining & enhancing IT Talent Pool (sourcing & screening candidates)
-Engaging with candidates and as a 1st point of contact responsible for interaction with existing and potential candidates
-Supporting other team members and applying IT Recruitment Strategies including Market Mapping.

REQUIREMENTS

Nice to have

-English and Slovak language/ other languages are an advantage
-experience working with Digital platforms, Social Media & Online Administration tools
-interested in Recruitment & Talent Management/ previous experience is an advantage
